Pipeline OS is operated by Marc Freixanet (individual operator). For privacy requests, contact hello@pipelineos.com.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist or contact form, we collect the email address you provide and any optional fields such as your name, selected plan, and referral source.
We may also collect basic technical data through privacy-friendly analytics (page views and CTA events) if enabled. We do not sell personal data.

Why we process data
We process your data to respond to early access requests, send product updates you opted into, and improve the website experience.
Legal basis (EU/EEA): consent for marketing communications; legitimate interest for responding to inquiries and operating the service.
How long we keep data
Waitlist and contact records are kept while early access is active and for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you request deletion sooner.
Third-party processors
We may use email and form providers (such as Formspree, Buttondown, ConvertKit, or similar) to store submissions and send updates. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time.
